Capisce Qs knows that each project will be unique, encompasses high risk activities and presents various challenges.  Our Project Management Support services will provide the systems, protocols and procedures that will ensure the Project objectives are achieved. Capisce Qs will develop the Project Management tools to manage budget/cost alignment, manage scope creep and maintain quality standards.  We believe that by encouraging open communication, trust, flexibility and the free exchange of ideas, effective relationship management can help to resolve conflicts, remove hidden agendas, develop project ownership, break down barriers, reduce costs and, therefore, add real value to any project.
