Cost Management is the progressive control and monitoring of project costs to ensure the delivery of the project is in accordance with the approved budget. At Capisce Qs, we proactively participate in the project development, from functional design brief through to the completion of tender documentation and beyond.  Capisce Qs will be available throughout the whole of life cycle of the project ensuring value for money, timely delivery and promoting a completely transparent and auditable project environment.
